Microsoft Office is a tool for efficiency and productivity, created for Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh OS. The latest version of Office suite is named as Office system because they include Servers also.

Microsoft Office released its first version in early 1990's, earlier single versions of application were sold and not a bundled one. Buying the whole application of Microsoft Office was cheaper than buying a single application. The first version of Microsoft Office had only three applications, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. The "Pro" version of Microsoft Office contained Microsoft Access.
The main program available in the Microsoft Office 2003 application is Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook. These programs are used widely, because the features are very good and easy to work.
