"The Importance Of Rest"
Rest is very important in everybody's life but most of us do not realize the significance of it. It balances the stress and brings calmness to the mind. The people who lack sleep are usually in bad health. It has been found that most heart attacks occur on Mondays.

Spending some time for recreational activities like cooking, surfing the net etc, are really the integral needs for mental stimulation. At least 8 hours of sleep is required to become relaxed and if you do not make use, it may affect your work efficiency. For examples you may not be able to achieve 100% efficiency in your job.

You need some amount of rest from your exercise schedule also. It is better to set your exercise timings for 6 days a week and take a rest on the 7th day. When you obey this you will feel motivated to exercise again. Rest is more important for a person

who exercises daily.

At times you need to breathe the fresh air by going out. Take time to be with your family members. Lastly, exercise for a very reasonable duration of time so that you obtain fruitful results from the exercise. All this will aid your sleep.
