"I have
been using the treadmill since 5 months on a daily basis for at
least half an hour running because i want to reduce weight excep when Iam on holiday then i have no time to use it. In addition I have been careful on my food so I can loose wieght and be in a healthy condition. since i live far from any nearset Gym, my only concern is to shape my belly because frankly speaking i dont like fat belly which i currently have. Althoug iam being using the treadmill for months as i said i did not notice big differnce in my stomack however i reduce about 18b! My question is how can i shape my stomac by using the treadmill?? Walking
on a treadmill is a very good exercise. After 15 minutes of walk, try
to jog at a slow pace and then increase your speed. 30-45 minutes of
walk and jog, 3-4 times a week would help you maintain your body
weight. You need to do stretching and weight lifting. You also need to
do exercise for your tummy to get in shape. |
