As weight increases, they are unhappy and frustrated with their appearance. Many of them resort to dieting. Dieting, however, is not a suggested way to lose weight. Gentle, non-rigorous asanas coupled with timely and balanced diet can help in building strength and vitality over a period of time. In UK, schools are planning to fight obesity by introducing yoga for young students. |
