Although aging is a natural process, you can slow it down by using various ways. These methods are far simpler than plastic surgery. Aging results when the nutrients that your tissues need are depleted. If the tissues don’t get the nourishment they start decaying. After the decay starts, channels permitting the flow of energy and nourishment through the cells are damaged and blocked, resulting in weakness accompanying the old age. After a specific point it increases.

But you’ll be glad to know that this point need not be 50, 60 or 70 years. You can prevent aging even beyond the norms laid down by society for old age.

The two main factors that decide your ability to avert aging are: the power of your food and the power of your digestion. As regards your diet, take special care. Do specific foods in your diet disturb your bowel movement? Do you suffer from constipation, diarrhea after eating certain foods? If yes, eliminate them from your diet. If food isn’t properly digested, its power of providing nourishment to our bodies will not go to their target. If this continues for a long time, it can bring about aging.

However as you grow older, your digestion weakens. But you still have to eat heavy, nourishing food that you can find difficulty digesting. The solution is that eat these foods, but in limited amounts and take a good nutritional supplement to ascertain your body gets the nutrients.

But a good diet is still essential. Nutritious vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, radish and beets should form a large part of your diet. Meats should be eliminated, but fish and eggs can be consumed in limited quantities. Include nuts such as Pecans, Almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, and cashews along with diary products in your diet. Don’t eat salad as your main meal or complete soy products. Avoid or restrict spicy and dry foods. Moreover if meats and grains comprise a main course in a meal, they destroy your digestive power and make you age prematurely.
