	Apple iPhone to enjoy the Web

The Apple iPhone includes the Safari web browser, offering complete xHTML rendering and JavaScript through a WiFi or EDGE link. It also has Google Maps for mapping and directions, and a 'widget' system offering you quick access to the information you need. The Heat is a shining slider phone having an electrostatic touchpad, but with appropriate hi-tech qualities.

The touchpad is designed to let you personalize its sensitivity (super, high, medium, low) for moving by using a normal finger tap, saving you from pushing very hard while moving through applications.

Through Apple's partnership with Cingular Wireless, the company can include some exciting carrier services, like random access voice mail. Random access voicemail is a first that lets you to view a list of all your voicemail messages, along with the caller, the time and date of the call; so that you access the voicemail you want directly rather than listening to each and every one in line.

The iPhone v1.0.1 Update also hides a separate cross-site scripting error in Safari and a memory corruption error in WebKit that produces an entry for hackers to install hostile code into the device. The patch also deals with an address spoofing flaw in WebKit, the application framework engine for Mac OS X, and a cross-site scripting error in WebCore, the HTML layout engine for Mac OS X.

All the above programs are excellent for the iPhone environment. But it boils down to implementation while working on this special platform/user environment. Josh's mock-ups are excellent and they would make a great choice for the iPhone if they were developed. But from the 5, the E-reader idea is the best.
