Omega-3 fish oil is another good supplement that is very beneficial to your body. It improves heart and the immune system, reduces arthritis, improves skin conditions, pre-menstrual problem, mental state, memory and reduces depression. It reduces insulin levels because higher insulin levels increases the fat storage in the body and reduces the burning of fat. So having lower insulin levels will use more fat as fuel than store it. Foods rich in omega-3 fats are oily fish like sardines, salmon and mackerel, flaxseeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, green leafy vegetables, evening primrose oil, wheat germ and spirulina.

Besides, eating right foods, increase the amount of your exercise and reduce your calories. But do not stretch it too far because the body will tend to conserve the calories, thus slowing down metabolism. Instead, you need to eat more of negative calorie foods, exercise moderately and eat the correct amount of calories will help you burn calories quickly and effortlessly.
