Hemroids in Women
Hemroids occur in women
is mostly during pregnancy. In hemroids the blood veins in the rectum swell up due to the pressure exerted on it while passing stool or when lifting heavy objects. Besides there are lots of other causes responsible for this problem. It is an annoying disease but is curable and many medicines provide instant relief. Though hemroids is common amongst everybody in women it normally affects pregnant and over weight women.
Women experience hemorrhoids at various stages of pregnancy. Female hemroids can be of varied nature and the causes might also differ as per the cause. Women put on more weight during pregnancy and this is the main reason for the formation of hemroids. The disease is directly linked to obesity and heavy weight as, it puts more pressure on the body.
The fetus in the womb of the woman exerts pressure on the rectum thereby making the woman to suffer from the problem. In pregnancy the uterus is also strained most of the time and this exerts pressure on the rectal veins. Constipation is common amongst pregnant women. The pressure during the bowel movement causes the swelling of the veins thereby leading to other symptoms.
The remedies for hemroids are simple and quick but will vary according to the kind of hemroid. It can be external or internal. You can visit the doctor for treatment or cure it at home. Mild hemroids can be cured by applying creams, ointments or pastes of plants and leaves available at home. But in more severe cases, it is advisable to talk to a doctor and seek appropriate medical treatment.
Surgeries give long-term results but have their own side effects. Hence many opt for home remedies. Also there are various over the counter medicines giving successful and quick results. These medicines include creams, pads, ointments, etc. But it can be harmful for pregnant women to use medicines without talking to their doctor, as it can harm the baby.
In
