How to Create a Vegetable Garden
 
 
 
Grow your own vegetables, or flowers using this easy technique is quite straightforward. There is no need to use wood in this very simple technique, only your garden tools and plants.

Steps

1. Fix your area. It should get lot of sunlight, at least 50%, daily. It should be away from trees. If there is no location, use pots. Remove all the mature weeds along with the roots. Smaler ones should be tackled later. Clear any debris, including the rocks and leaves, etc.

2. Remove the small weeds and keep them in the same place where they grew. Always ensure they contain roots. Take the pegs/ sticks and delineate the edges of your garden, depending how long will it be or what shape it should be. An ideal garden should be rectangular or square.

3. Tie the twine along the sticks depending your pattern. Within the shape made, pulverize/ cultivate the soil properly. Split up any clods and throw away any present stumps. Clear off the rocks found within the spot. Also remove the small weeds present above the soil. After the soil has been pulverized properly, throw away the sticks and the twine. Your garden shape is ready.

4. Break remove if any. Remove rocks found inside the area. Include the left on top of well, remove Now you have your garden shape.

5. Use a flat-ended shovel/ spade and push down the borders of the garden abound 6-12 inches deep.

6. Raise the soil on the rims and lug the soil to the center. Repeat this process all over the garden. Destroy the soil again, then redo the above steps. For faster growing plants, put fertilizer above the top of the bed. Rake the top slowly and apply the fertilizer. Allow it to dry for a month. After a month or after the weeds are dry, water the garden until damp, but not very wet. This allows in settling the soil quickly without compressing it.

7. Plant your vegetables as needed. Enjoy!

Tips

· For more security, build a fence.

· Keep the garden clean and tidy to improve its looks and help in proper growth of the plants.

· For improved plant growth and weed control mulch the whole area.

· Plant immediately on the dried or dead weed roots.

Warnings

· Do not plant straight after constructing the bed. The leftover weeds will grow if water touches their roots.
