How to Lose Stomach Pooch
Pooch belly that we see hanging out of our trousers is due to abundance of fatty tissues, swollen bowels, poisons retained as fat and unused muscles. As we are growing more and more sedentary, our physical activity has dramatically lessened, causing pooch belly even amongst youth. The best method of shedding stomach pooch is to perform some elementary abdominal exercises.
How To Eliminate Pooch Belly
Here are some exercises, if done regularly, would help you eliminating your stomach flab.
Bicycle Exercise
Recline straight on the floor, and keep your fingers at back of your head. Keep your left leg remains straight, and turn the right knee, bringing it closer to the chest. Simultaneously, move the left elbow close to the right knee. Repeat the process with the other leg and elbow. Do 12-15 repetitions.
Exercise Ball Crunch
Sit on the ball, such that your middle/lower back placed against it. Keep your hands at the back of the head. Then raise your trunk off the ball by squeezing the abs. Bring the base of the ribcage near the hips. Ensure the ball remains steady. Let down your back to stretch the abdominal muscles. Perform 12-15 repetitions.
Vertical Leg Crunch
Recline on the floor and cross the knees. Now raise the shoulder blades off the floor, squeezing the abs. Don’t move the legs for some minutes, pulling your belly button close to the spine. Let down your leg. Do 12-15 repetitions.
Long Arm Crunch
Recline on a mat, and lock the hands at the back of the head and arms close to the ears. Then compress the abs, raise the shoulder blades from the floor. Don’t pressurize the neck by keeping the arms straight. If you experience a neck pain, ease a bit, by placing one hand at the back of the neck and one stretched out. Next relax. Do this 12-15 times.
