How to Wash Beanbag
Health is the most ignored factor amongst all professionals today. Just think about the damage caused to your back by sitting for endless hours on a regular chair. So it is important we devote some time for the improvement of our health. Purchase an ergonomic chair such as a beanbag to support your spine when you sit on it and shape itself as per your shape thereby eliminating these discomforts.
Beanbags
are pear shaped cushion for your back. The outstanding characteristic to receive your curves as you sit on it is because it is full of small and soft plastic thermocol pellets. These pellets help the bag slide below you to offer an ergonomic seat. Beanbags are available in many sizes, colors and shapes so you can buy a bag as per your needs and choices. You can choose the regular bags just for yourself, or a lovesac for you and your partner. Some beanbag beds are big enough for four people. The colors for the bags are available are various and will meet all your 'style' choices.
Many people like the beanbag due to its ability to wash it.
Beanbags are totally washable
, meaning, all the food and drink stains can be washed easily. Those who are scared to spoil their bags by washing here's how to do it.
First, when purchasing the beanbag ask your seller about the material used in the beanbag. Leather beanbags normally use seasoned leather or leather like substance that is easily washed in your washing machine. Vinyl beanbags should not be washed but dry cleaned.
To clean the bag, simply remove the pellets from the bag. This can be achieved by finding the chain of the bag at the bag’s base and opening it, and keeping the pellets. At times, the bags do not have a chain – this is more common in unbranded beanbags but don't worry. Find the seam of the beanbag and cut it. Once you have cleaned and refilled the bag, you can quickly heat seal or sew the bag again. As the pellets are very light and can fly away easily, empty the bag very carefully, as you will have to refill the bag again.
You can place the beanbag in your washing machine and a mild detergent and put the timer for 15 minutes. It will be sufficient for a beanbag size from small to large. Anything larger than that can be cleaned using soapy water. This can be done with the smaller bags too but the cleaning is not proper here and hence it is advised the bags are washed thoroughly in the machine. Remember the bags should be totally dry before you put the pellets within.
