How to make Muscles and Abs without Joining Gym
Getting a 6 pack abs

First is to allocate a small part of floor space towards your private gym. Purchase a yoga mat, or place a living room rug on the floor, which serves your personal home gym. After stretching, lie down (if you are standing) and bring your knees to your chest. Next keep your hands at the back of your head and inhale. Exhale and bring your head down.

. Then stretch and have a glass of water. Do another set of 12 and stretch once more. Repeat once again for the last time. While getting up, arise slowly, in order to prevent dizziness.
Perform these exercises daily and after you have obtained the expected result of a taut lean 6 pack, do these exercises thrice a week to keep your abs healthy.
