Relieve Stress Through Hypnosis
 
 
 
Stress has become highly prevalent today. Our generation is the first totally stressed out generation. In the past, families sat down to eat 2-3 meals together daily. But today, not many get this chance. People talked while having the dinner. But today it is the sound of TV, mobile ringing and other distractions. This has led to one major problem: stress. Here we look at a quick solution to this problem.

Various studies have shown that the sub-conscious mind does not have the capacity to separate reality from imagination. An experiment carried out on an actor showed the power of the sub-conscious mind. Here his breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure were being watched. He started acting as if in rage. Though it was just acting, it was found his blood pressure shot up in seconds. There was a significant jump in his heart rate and his breathing went up visibly. All his bodily functions started changing just by acting.

After that he was told to imagine he was lying on a beach, walking on the abundant sands of Hawaii totally carefree. Surprisingly, his blood pressure dropped. His heart rate went back to normal, his breathing eased and went back to normal.

This acting instance showed the imagination (the sub-conscious mind) can elicit a response from the body just as though it was actually participating in the activity.
Whenever we are stressed out, tensed out in our daily life, we can remedy it. Picture yourself in a garden full of the most wonderful scents possible. Extend your hand to feel the smooth surface of the beautiful flowers around you. Take a deep and cleansing breath, only to be disturbed by the pleasant sounds of soaring eagles and macaus. Everything is fine and you are rest.

Follow this hypnosis method whenever you are stressed out. Regular practice will surprise you to its effectiveness.
