The Best Safari Places

In this time of cutthroat competition and ever-busy life, it is essential to return to our roots, from where the primitive man emerged. The wilderness in one-way or the other beckons every one of us. Not only nature enthusiasts, even common people like us are amazed by the diversity found in one place. Here are few of the best national parks in Africa, which should be on the list of every nature lover.

Located in Botswana, Selinda Reserve is a world of its own. If you must experience what Africa is, a trip here is mandatory. With innumerable species of animals, birds and plants, it is amazing to see the co-existence between all forms of life. Not just those who follow wildlife as a career but also those on a simple vacation will love the rush they sense on coming here.

Masai Mara in Kenya is a vast grassland inhabited by many species of the feline family. Those who venture here will not only see the infinite stretch of plains but also the lions and other animals hunting for their survival. It is, with no doubt, an excellent place for studying these animals in their unrestricted forms.

From Kenya we go to Zambia, in the South Luangwa National Park where there is more wildlife than the visitors. Although an ideal place for solitude, don’t be mistaken. Humans may be less in number, but there are many leopards and other predators waiting to pounce on their prey.

Tanzania boasts of Serengeti National Park, where zebras, antelopes, buffaloes and many other four legged creatures migrate to. One of the best places to view wildlife in its exquisite splendor, it is a must visit for anyone who comes to this part of the world.

Last but not the least, the Kruger National Park in South Africa was established in 1889 with a single view of protecting animals for the future. With an area greater than Wales itself, it will not come to you as a surprise when you observe the countless species living on this park.
