Prepare a mixture of 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts and 3 cups of fresh grape juice. This gives you 4 servings. Drink the first serving immediately and another one after 2 hours. 2 hours later, extract the grape fruit juice in a cup. Separate the pulp, leaving at least ½ cup. Mix this juice with olive oil and shake properly to make it watery. Drink the mixture and go to sleep immediately.
