Tips to Turn an Afro into Straight Hair

Turn an Afro into Straight Hair
Step1:
Wash, condition and dry your hair before using a flat iron.

Step3:
Use your favorite styling products on every portion of hair.
Step4:
Begin from the base of your neck.
Step5:
Start with a portion of hair, whose width does not exceed an inch.

Level Your Afro with a Relaxer
Step1:
Begin with dry hair that has been washed and conditioned some days back. His process should be done at least 2-3 days after washing your hair prior to relaxing.
Step2:
Divide hair into four parts, keeping parts not being worked separate with plastic clips.
Step3:
Begin applying relaxer from the base of your neck.
Step4:
Work rapidly and rub on the relaxer at the back of your hair prior to shifting to front portions.
Step5:
Even out the relaxer on your head, preventing it from coming in contact with your ears or skin.
Step6:
Let the relaxer remain as long as the directions state.
Step7:
Remove the relaxer totally from your hair.
Step8:
Wash your hair with a neutralizing shampoo. This special shampoo prevents further action of the relaxer. Lather 2-3 times to ensure the relaxer is totally washed off.
Step9:
Use a conditioner and apply it thoroughly to the ends before washing off.
Your straight hair is ready. The effect of straightening process is permanent and you must touch up your new growth of hair quite periodically to merge with remaining part of your straight hair.
