Treat Gas Problems Naturally
Gas pain

5. Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and then drink.
6. Place fennel seeds into a boil, drain, and then take the fennel seeds water.
7. Blanch ginger and cinnamon, and then take the warm ginger cinnamon water.
8. Drink a warm cup of chamomile tea.
9. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda to a cup of water and then drink it to cure the bloating.
10. Mix a tablespoon each of lime juice and ginger with a cup of warm water, and drink it.
Other natural cures for Gas problems are:
• Prepare mint tea, put some ice cubes and let it cool. Consume the cold tea to treat gas.
• Salvia blanch is a very effective remedy for gas.
• Cinnamon and chamomile teas are famous remedies for gassy stomach; take small sips of the tea.
• Heat a cup of water and put a slice of lemon in the water. Mix well and drink.
• Cook 3 potatoes for some time. Drink some of the cooking water.
• Sour cream will relieve your stomach and improve your sense of wellness. Take 1-2 tablespoons anytime you feel gassy.
• Bloated stomach can be cured by consuming water mixed with apple cider vinegar.
• Heat water in a pot; mix cinnamon and ginger with it and drink.
• Baking soda is very good to cure gas problems, dissolve little baking soda in water and drink.
• Consume 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for relaxing the stomach.
• Drink tea made from funnel seeds
