In today’s fast paced world most of the people feel stressed out and want to find a way out of this condition. There are many ways to relieve stress and the best way is to exercise. Stress leads to various diseases and conditions like acidity, forgetfulness, indigestion etc. Diet plays an important role in reliving stress. Stressed people should eat more fruits and vegetables. Soups containing garlic and ginger are good for the immune system. Water should also be taken to prevent dehydration.
The foods which need to be avoided are processed foods, carbonated soft drinks, chocolate, fried food, red meat, sugar etc. Alcohol and caffeine should also be avoided. Food should to be taken 5-6 times a day instead of 3 times to promote digestion and overcome the acidity problem.
